Questions travellers ask
Is the price per car or per person?
Per car. Four people travelling together pay the same as one person travelling alone.
How and when do I pay?
You pay the driver on the day of the transfer. Nothing is taken from you when you book, and we never ask for card details on this website.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Write your flight number in the form and we follow the flight. Your driver arrives when your plane actually lands, at no extra cost.
Can I bring large luggage or a pushchair?
Yes. Normal suitcases and a pushchair are included. If you are carrying golf clubs, skis or a wheelchair, write it in the flight number field so we send the right vehicle.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, and they are free. Please tell us the age of the child when we contact you to confirm.
What if I need to cancel?
Reply to the message we send you and we cancel the booking. There is no cancellation fee, because nothing has been charged.
